One of my favourite quotes is from author and screenwriter Shonda Rhimes - “I don’t even know who a character is until I’ve seen how they handle adversity. Onscreen and offscreen that’s how you know who someone is”.
Let the bad stuff fuel your fire and allow yourself to find the joyous moments in the dark moments. Someone once said we should pay attention to the cracks because that is where the light gets in.
