A book that came into my life over Summer via my sister was The Miracle Morning. A familiar story - I have always known what I could do to set up my mornings well but wasn’t very good at making time. Hal Elrod created S.A.V.E.R.S which = silence, affirmations, visualizations, exercise, reading and scribing. Even when things are super busy I will speed do each one of these. Reading can be anything to open your mind or learn (a pile of some of my books here) and I use scribing to quickly write down goals for the day and gratitude. Good morning to you all.
